Ordered 329.00 parts for phone and they said they would be in at the most 1week…that was a month ago.. called and called no answer.. finally went by store yesterday-and person behind the desk said they just bought the store and would not give money back or give me parts -I had receipt-store is exactly the same .. new sign-BUYER BEWARE-just don’t want this to happen to anyone else-
What an absolute scam. Prepaid $203 to have a screen repaired because he said he had to order it in. Waited 4 weeks. Stopped in multiple times because he wouldn’t answer the phone to check on the status. Continuously told “it’ll be here in a few days” last talked to him at the end of last week. Went in to have my Samsung Note 10+ screen fixed was told i would have to pau up front $353 which i did after 3 weeks of being told it would be done at the end of the week i decided to pick up phone they still had yet to get a screen ordered no matter fixed. i decided to pick up phone and bring it somewhere else they tild me they couldn't refund the amount due to it being over a certain amount. a month later and after talking with owner i still have yet to be refunded for wor… See more
They have had my Apple Watch for several weeks. Each time I call or go there they have different excuse as to why it is not ready for pick up. I am very disappointed and wonder if I will get my watch back repaired or in pieces. I fear I have made a very bad choice by taking it to Cell Medic. They even required that I pay when I’m dropped it off.

BUYER, BEWARE:In July 2021, I contacted the owner of Cell Medic about selling my store computers after closing my business. He stated that he would be able to sell them if they were in sets --Tower, Monitor, Keyboard, mouse, and all cables and cords included. I dropped off FIVE complete sets mid-July. I am always breaking my phone and Joe and his crew always have my back and fix it quick as hell for me, I rushed in Christmas Eve last minute and they were able to square me away with a lender phone for the holidays so I could still take photos of my family very grateful and now I have my phone fixed and the gentleman at the counter even set me up with a phone case..
