Eventhough Quinn did look to see if he was able to fix my A51 Galaxy the phone was totally toast. But, Quinn took the time to quote me on how much the phone would cost for fixing, and if not how he would not charge me. So, I came back to the store, and Quinn did look into the phone at the time promised. Quinn said that the phone can't be fixed, so he actually had re-used extremely good quality equivalent phones to the old Galaxy. Great service. My schedule was kinda crazy, along with being out of town. Cell Mechanics ordered parts in for me, and kept them on hand for approx 2ish weeks until I could get into town for my repair. My phone was done quickly and expertly. Its been a month or so now and the phone is still working like new. A+!
