I made an appointment here because Samsung listed it as an accredited site. I was greatly disappointed however. It seems their only solution to any problem is to order a new battery ("although we don't think that is the issue") and wipe the phone with a factory reset ("which does not guarantee a fix"). I wrote down a very detailed account of what happened and what the issue is and explained to the technicians as best I could. They did not look at the note, they did not even look at the phone. Needed a new display screen because mine was all glitchy and acting up. Walked in at 10:15am and left with my phone repaired an hour later. Wow! Five stars!

Was everything and more then you would expect from any business. They were able to fix my phone at a reasonable price right on the spot. Even had the parts.

went into steinbach on short notice today and got my phone looked at due to a smashed volume button, and they fixed my phone within 30 minutes ish and now my phone works again!! Very good and efficient procedure that wont necessarily break the bank! I definitely recommend this place even if you're not from the area.

Me and my fiancé went in today to get an evaluation on two of our phones to see how much it would cost to fix them because they both broke. We received very friendly, helpful, and quick service and the lovely lady told us the cost for one of the phones and the other one just needed to be cleaned inside the charging port which she did for free. I would highly recommend this place for any phone repairs and they have great deals on phones and phone accessories in store.
