Incredible Service! I honestly thought my phone was beyond repair, but Mo at CPR proved me wrong! I walked in expecting bad news, but just 30 minutes later, my phone was back to normal—like nothing had ever happened. Mo was professional, fast, and clearly knows his stuff. Couldn’t be more grateful for the quick turnaround and excellent service. Highly recommend!
I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. My experience was terrible. I gave them my phone on the 16th and they told me it would be fixed the same day. Every single day since then, they kept delaying it—saying “tomorrow,” then “the day after,” and now it’s the 19th and they suddenly tell me I’ll get it on Monday after the holiday. I refused and asked why they keep delaying and what’s going on with my phone and my data. No one gave me a clear answer.
