I brought in a new Samsung phone to Cell Doc in January with (only) a broken screen and was told I would get a Samsung replacement screen for $270 total. When the phone was returned to me, it worked temporarily and then shut down. When I stopped at T-Mobile to see if it could be a warranty issue, they said the phone case was not put together properly and moisture likely got under the screen--but the phone was never near water, before I took it to Cell Doc, it only had a bad screen.
