Paid more than other online companies. Procedure to sell was relatively painless. Package postage received immediately. Payment happened a business day or so after they received the phone. I would use them again.
(2020) Nothing but positive experience. I wish I went to Cell Clinic first instead of Apple Support. Not to badmouth anyone lol but I was told by Apple Support that to repair my macbook is no longer practical since it would be too expensive. I was even told to recycle my freaking device! 😂 So I went to Cell Clinic and my macbook got repaired in just a few days. It is good as new and price is reasonable.
