This is an absolutely wonderful store to do business in. The 2 gentlemen I have dealt with are beyond 5 stars. I will use them for any computer or mobile issues. If you live in Burlington, Ontario do yourself a favour and check with them before going elsewhere.
Bought a refurbished S23 Ultra a few months ago, phone is working flawlessly with no issue, had one hiccup where the charging port wasn’t working but even then they gave it a cleaning and sent me on my way with no charge. Phone has been working perfectly since then.
I should give a negative star. I bought a used phone here for $405. When I got home. I found a white line on the LCD when I toughed a corner. I knew the phone was not good. I wanted to return. But he refused. He replaced the tough screen with a fake one although he said it was original. More lines showed up in six months. I contacted him for a replacement as the six months warranty. He didn’t respond. Lost $405 in six months. Never trust here. Save your money. Amazon is cheaper and free return in one month or three months.
