I stopped in to see if they could fix my phone as the SIM card tray was stuck in the phone and the top had broken off. The salesman was friendly and the Technician came out and removed the broken sim tray in about 10 seconds, I offered to pay and they said no charge as I was having a bad day.!!! Thanks for making my day go a little bit better. Thanks Robby
Highly recommended they fixed screen on phone in less than 15 minutes , very friendly and courteous if you need any assistance go here ..
They do not stand behind their screen protector policy. If your screen breaks when you have their screen protector, watch them like a hawk and don’t let them out of your site. Better yet, have a friend at another angle recording them. I used their lifetime screen protectors for 2 years and they replaced it regularly for me BUT when my screen broke, he took it towards to back room, took off the protective screen and brought it back to me saying I didn’t have a screen protector on it.
