**WORST experience at a Salon I've ever had!!!*** Tech (Jenny) was absolutely terrible. Her disgusting attitude and cold demeanor was not appreciated. I pre-warned her about my cuticles being rough and asked her if she could be careful. She ignored me and went at it. She glued on every nail at different angles. this is my go to nails spa. It seems clean and bright and I enjoy my time there. Pedicures have been good - no complaints. There is some variation based on who you get - but that is expected.
