I understand having a missed appointment policy, but charging a new mother the full $400 fee after a genuine mistake felt more like greed than patient care. What was even more disappointing was being asked if I "keep a calendar" of my appointments, which came across as condescending and lacking empathy. Mental health providers should show compassion, especially when working with patients navigating major life changes.

Dr. Hamilton is an amazing psychiatrist! She has been extremely thorough and patient in the treatment of my son. She is also always responsive whenever an issue arises. We have really appreciated having her as a provider.
