Best pedicures in New York City hands down. Sweet Polish ladies providing high quality European style services. They also have a wonderful second floor space if you want to organize a pedicure party with friends.

The best pedicure & manicure around done with precision and care by highly trained Polish technicians. Great facials. Permanent makeup done with taste and high skill. Laser hair removal and electrolysis are also of great quality. I come here all the way from Wall St just for the quality of work.
Celina's is the absolute best. I have been going here for the past 15 years for facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, tweezing, etc. Truly the best.
