Horrible experience. They do not listen to you whatsoever and just do what they want. Nails came out horrific, all my nails were crooked and different shapes. I also asked for a polkadot design, which I was charged $10 extra for and it came out like blobs and splotches. Nails were completely transparent because she barley puts on a thin layer of the pink powder, when I brought it up, she scolded me saying it was my own fault for not having longer natural nails, despite the fact that’s what the pink powder is for. They make up their prices. They over charge. They are so rediculous. I wouldnt mind paying if the service was done right. They just lost a good customer and a great tipper because of their greed. I feel they thought because I was white they could over charge me
