They don’t care in the slightest. They will leave you without a rental while they “investigate”. And don’t dare have an accident on a weekend because they won’t even consider processing it until Monday which leaves an even further delay in getting a rental. Absolutely the worst insurance agent and overall company. There is no accountability!! But boy they'll take that money out. Car totalled, almost 3 months later still paying ins and car payment!! They suck!!!!!
Do not even call this company for information!!! The senior director Ann Mcmillian required over a half an hour of repeating one question about general insurance. She was rude and obviously lacked listening skills. We then contacted her superior Ted Wissman who when we mentioned her name, he immediately spoke about how well he knew her. This man was totally disinterested in how we were treated as potential customers, or someone that was checking regarding business insurance when their name was given to us by the contractor. ... read more
