If I could give a NEGATIVE number I would. Avoid these people like the plague. Almost non-existent communication. Silly requirements for coverage, like requiring a handrail on a 3 step front porch (but not on the back steps). Done with this company.
They don’t care in the slightest. They will leave you without a rental while they “investigate”. And don’t dare have an accident on a weekend because they won’t even consider processing it until Monday which leaves an even further delay in getting a rental. Terrible insurance with terrible customer service
Absolutely the worst insurance agent and overall company. There is no accountability!! But boy they'll take that money out. Car totalled, almost 3 months later still paying ins and car payment!! They suck!!!!!
