I had them for years, had a small house fire and made a claim. They were no help, I didn't know what I was doing, they told me "find a trusted adult to help you figure this out." I'm just shy of 40, I asked around and I don't know anyone who has had a fire claim. I paid them to help me and they are useless. The male claims adjuster came to my home and used my restroom and left the door wide open with me standing right outside while he peed. Celina Insurance has been a great company to have coverage through. I've been with them for several years and have never had a problem. I would recommend them.
Awful costumer service - have been hung up on several times. Trying to give me used parts for my brand new car that their client hit. Will not give a rental car that is equivalent to the car of the one that their client damaged (suv vs car). When I call they will not let me speak to a person, but they keep sending me to voicemail.
