I've worked with Celina for both fitness and massage and have loved both! In training, she is so careful to warm up every joint and muscle so I avoid injury. And I loved that no two workouts were the same. She knows so many different ways of targeting muscles and improving mobility, whatever you are focusing on. With massage and body work, I feel so comfortable knowing that she is a safe space and that she is responsive to what is happening with my body. Have gone twice and love it! Celina listens to what you want and is very good at figuring out what your body needs! She helped me a lot with my neck pain! She is also really great with athletes! I got a massage before my marathon and it helped a lot!
