We can’t recommend Celina highly enough! She arranged everything for us, took us to sites when we could be in NS and took us around them via Facetime when we were home in Maine. She arranged and attended inspections in our absence and facilitated every contact we needed. And she totally was in our court all the time. In the end, our Nova Scotia search was done in by the 10% non-resident tax, but if we decide to settle there no question we will go back to Celina for help.
I initially contacted Celina to list my house because I'd met her a year earlier and was impressed by her professional yet friendly demeanour. I wasn't planning on selling at that time but she stuck in my mind for that reason, and also because I knew that if I did decide to sell I would want an agent with connections beyond the immediate area. She helped us to find our dream home, she coordinated home inspection for us because we couldn't do that out of province.
