We talked to dozens of realtors in the early stages of our search. Celina was transparent and easy to work with. After finding the property she went well above and beyond in assisting us with the process, inspections, forms with clarity and frequency in communications. There were a few hiccups but I can’t overstate the effort she put in. We’re American buyers and she really put us at ease and worked hard to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process. Celina is a fantastic realtor. We lived in BC while shopping for a house in NS. Celina helped tremendously not only looking for a house for us but also with recommending people for inspections etc. We recommend Celina to anyone buying or selling a house.
We can’t recommend Celina highly enough! She arranged everything for us, took us to sites when we could be in NS and took us around them via Facetime when we were home in Maine. She arranged and attended inspections in our absence and facilitated every contact we needed. And she totally was in our court all the time. In the end, our Nova Scotia search was done in by the 10% non-resident tax, but if we decide to settle there no question we will go back to Celina for help.
