I googled 'best dreadlock salon in Waterbury " and Celias came up first! So I decided to try it! When I say I'm satisfied! I couldn't stop staring in the mirror! Very timely and sufficient and affordable. Definitely will return and I don't even live in Waterbury but I don't care she's that good!

I have alopecia and Celia made me feel so comfortable and took her time to educate me on what would be best for my hair. She is so sweet and I love the way my hair turned out. Definitely will go back to her and prices are very affordable. Did my hair 6 weeks ago and still have it in. Thank you Celia for making me feel beautiful.
