Very rude office staff that act like they cannot be bothered.
Dr. Celia genuinely loves the people she serves. She has always gone the extra mile to assure her care. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! our family has been blessed by her as our doctor.
Appt at 3:40. Left at 5:15 after paying copay, not being seen, left work at 2 to be on time so missed 1/2 day of work, and paid a copay. Lost money. You should care about your patients time a little more. We have things going on too. Absolutely ridiculous are the only words I can come up with. Over scheduling? Talking to much? Looking for a new doctor. Should be able to be seen within 20 minutes of my appt.
