I moved to North Carolina 25 years ago and I am proud to call Henderson my hometown. I graduated from the community college system and worked as a nurse at our local hospital in home health and in our surgeons office prior to returning to graduate school at UNC-Chapel Hill. I love this community the back roads and the people that live here. I know that everyone has not had the opportunity to learn about health care and how to take care of themselves.
