What stood out from my visit was the callous, lack of concern, belittling demeanor in which my child was attended to. EVERY concern I voiced as a parent was blown off, referrals for outside care were NOT placed and we had to endure stories regarding the NP's privilege and status! RUDE! CULTURALLY INCOMPETENT! I WILL NEVER REFER THIS PERSON TO CARE FOR HUMANS (animals either)! BTW, I also filled out the post services survey expressing my concerns and since no one chose to respond, here we are!
Uncaring, unhelpful, and unable to prescribe obviously needed medications. FAIL! ("Nurse Practitioner" is another way to say "not a doctor", should not be seeing general primary care patients.)
