Took the day off of work, woke up at 5am to get things done prior to my visit, all the be cancelled on an hour before my appointment. Especially on Labor Day, my friends and family are down the shore and I’m home because my day was set up for an appointment. Not a professional thing to do
Great doctor, really takes his time to do a full evaluation.
Called the office as I am running out of medication and the office is not calling the CVS back. I have no problem with the doctor . The office manager doesn't call back. She will ruin this office between the dog and the baby. Doctor is not her main concern!
Extremely professional & caring really understands your needs and provided information to understand everything. I'm extremely happy I found Dr. Silverstein. Thank you so much for helping/caring and understanding everything. You definitely don't see too many doctors that truly care.
