Update: Loud noise from roof. Pipes just came loose after third repair and slid partially down the roof with the mats. There is NO emergency number or service. We’ve asked repeatedly to speak to the owner of the company with NO call back. Horrible service. Repairs not working. Now concerned about roof damage. They were responsive and efficient. My system needed replacement and they had a reasonable price. The installers were great and did a fantastic job. Once completed they showed their work, explained the operation of the system, and then did a final walkthrough. Very professional. I highly recommend.

Agreed to work based on a clear scope and price. After the job started, extra charges were added, the work wasn’t done as described, and the company kept changing its explanation instead of fixing the issue. I wouldn’t recommend them.
I have been impressed with Celestial since the beginning. They are professional, knowledgeable, and on-time. I highly recommend them.
