This has to be the most healing, restorative, and magical bodywork session I have ever received. I have received a ton of massage, energy work, and body work over the last 20 yrs because I am also a massage therapist, bodyworker, and Reiki practitioner. Hands down, the best healing experience I have ever received. Trudy is such a blessing! Highly recommend!!
Ahhhh... what a treat watsu with Trudy is. If I arrive a bit nervous and my mind bouncing all over the place, Trudy gently takes me by the hands and warmly lets me sink into the experience on my own time/terms. I've tried three sessions now and each one is different. I've traveled to outer space, deep into the ocean, and I've felt like a dolphin and a baby. Watsu is amazing! Such a warm and wonderful healing approach. How lucky anyone is to experience this! Beautiful, warm and welcoming pool. The seahorse statue outside is wonderful for helping one locate it for the first time.
I have been going to Trudy for nine months now as part of my recovery from a bulging disc and spinal stenosis. I had never heard of Watsu, having discovered in a search for warm water therapy. I wish I could gift everyone with at least one session. I am a water baby. I grew up on a lake and love the water. Combining warm water with massage/shiatsu is better than anything I have ever tried (Chiropractor, massage, acupuncture ,physical therapy).
