I called them as I was advised I needed a sand and lateral change for my pool. I was given a quote over the phone that was fair and scheduled the repair. I had done my homework to see what a lateral change was. I was able to see the entire work being done from my camera as I was not on site and reviewed several times to be sure I saw the new lateral go back into the box and use my existing lateral. I’ve been having an issue with my hot tub. Breaker tripping periodically and could not figure it out. Called some repair guys that never showed up as promised.Called celestial pool and Andy showed up as promised on time diagnosed and fixed problem. Great service. He knows his tubs. Highly recommended. Thanks Andy.

Andy was great. On time. Found one of the many leaks left behind by ritchie pools renovations. Finally able to use the pool after 2 years of chasing g down leaks. Andy was a celestial godsend. He even checked back to be sure he got all the leaks. Pool companies in obx are on "Island time". I highly recommend and will call celestial again for sure.
