Terrible customer service! Male technician yelled at me in front of other customers because I was late. Granted, it’s not great that I was late. However, I told him I would be late, to which he told me to still come in.
I have been a client for some time, but recently extremely disappointing experiences. I am never put with requested person and since it’s been awful. Today in particular I asked for a French manicure to have him remove my nails and re do them the exactly the same and states there must have been a misunderstanding. Nope, you just forgot and rushed and I literally paid to have to exact same nails as when I walked in but longer, he forgot to do the French tips and still made me pay for them.
