Ive been debating leaving this review but the more I think about it the more livid I get. I went in for color and highlights with Andrea and she used cotton in my hair to separate the color from blending (her words). I've never noticed anyone using this and was like ok, she's the beautician. She washes the hair in sections so some of the cotton got tangled up in my hair. My hair is curly, fine and and thin and I have scalp psoriasis. Instead of combing from the bottom to remove the knot she combed from the top making it wors... read more
