Ive been debating leaving this review but the more I think about it the more livid I get. I went in for color and highlights with Andrea and she used cotton in my hair to separate the color from blending (her words). I've never noticed anyone using this and was like ok, she's the beautician. She washes the hair in sections so some of the cotton got tangled up in my hair. Celeste is a great beautician. She has been taking care of my husband and I since we came to Livingston over 2 years ago. I truly enjoy her and wouldn’t change! She would have to move or stop doing business

Celeste answered the phone from inside her shop while the closed sign was on; she said she forgot to turn it over. I got out of my car and went inside just for her to tell me she was closed. I'm dumbfounded by this stupidity.
