Celeste is the best lash artist in Denver! I have been seeing her for two years and I’m obsessed with everything she’s done for me and who she is as a person. Everyone always asks me what mascara I use…surprise I don’t because her lash lifts are better than mascara. When you see Celeste, you aren’t just getting your lashes lifted, you’re getting your spirit lifted
