The actual care I receive here is decent overall, and the therapist and psychiatrist I see are both great at what they do. My biggest issue is the communication and how difficult it is to get in touch with anyone by phone. If you need help managing prescriptions, it can be extremely frustrating. You’ll often leave a voicemail and may or may not get a response, sometimes needing to call multiple times before hearing back. The medical assistant line rarely seems to be answered directly.
