I had insurance in the past with them it was great. But I been trying to get a quote for a new home I am buying and they are just too busy. I tried to get the quote going on three weeks before I close on the house. Laura hung up on me the last time I called. I have three houses two cars and a camper they don’t seem to be at all interested in helping me with my insurance needs .
Great customer service!! Easy to work with! They were able to get me a price better than I could have gotten online by myself. I'm so glad I switched to them. Highly recommend!!
I’ve had an OK experience with this agency for the past eight years — always coverage for a house and at times vehicles as well. Today while doing business here, my wife literally had to drive away and go somewhere to use a bathroom as this company’s “no public restroom” sign included those who are in their building conducting business.
