I had a terrible experience at Celeslie’s! After 3 attempts at touching up my roots, they did not do it correctly. I do not have a complicated color or style. They charged me $200 and I look worse now than before!! The incredibly rude receptionist told me the wrong time for my 2nd appointment so, I got to waste even more time there. Now, I have to go to a real salon with real stylists to actually have my hair done.
As someone who also works in a service-based industry, I hate to even right this review but I hope someone will find it helpful before paying $40 for a lash lift from Celeslie's. Terri did my lash lift and I feel like my lashes are barely curled. It seems like she didn't apply the solution to all my lashes, only the outer lashes. She didn't seem very knowledgeable and actually applied the solutions out of order. RecommendedStone Therapy Massage was great... Renee made me feel completely relaxed... Didn’t have time to enjoy the sauna that was included in my package due to appointments being scheduled late in the afternoon (3 PM)... Wasn’t told that would be the case when I set the appointment...
This is my third visit here . And they do a great job on my hair... most friendliest people you would ever want to meet..
Great massage and pedicure! Friendly and relaxing atmosphere!
I love it here. Friendly, light & cool vibe and all the ladies are wonderful. It's nearly impossible to find a salon that does high-end work at reasonable prices but this is it. Highly recommend!
