Rondolyn did a great job getting us through a long project and really helped when we had hurdles to overcome.
Rondolyn has been the greatest help in completing our website. Her diligence in working through problems & glitches and her follow through, made the process so much easier and effective! January 2025 Update: Our relationship with Celerant is improving, especially with Rondolyn, Ed, and the Web team. They're quick to fix and close tickets. For recurring issues, they do their best to provide solutions and get to the root of the problem. Ian Hutter also helped us greatly by setting us up with competent support agents and keeping an eye on our tickets. Our company converted to Celerant recently. The entire process was quick and simple thanks to Quinn McKee and his team at Celerant. We were trained weeks in advance to the go-live date, but of course you're always going to have more questions. On the go-live day every team member answered every question I had in one quick phone call. No sitting on hold or trying to get to the correct person to help. I would have never thought switching POS systems would have been so easy. Thank you Quinn, Kathy, and Ray.
LEGEND RC HOBBIES is New to Celerant. Jason Kliewer, who works on data conversion, is truly the BEST of the BEST! He thoroughly scrubbed our existing data, as we had extracted it into Intuit/Quickbooks POS (no longer supported) from a DOS based POS System many years ago when we purchased the Hobby Shop!
