I had to contact Celerant several times before I finally got someone that was able to help me. Esau helped me to get my cash drawers back working. My receipt printers would not print. They are working now.

I work for a small retail store and Quinn helped us get set up in the stratus program. He did a great job of showing us all the benefits and features that we can now use with our product upgrade. There were also a couple different features that we did not know existed that would help our business needs, and Quinn did a great job of showing us those as well. They have tools that allow you to truly scale your business and team members such as Ethan who make sure they take the time to understand your business, goals, and how they can align with you to help you grow. Absolutely the worst support in the space. Have been dealing with continuous problems at a clients location since a failed upgrade. Down workstation and over a dozen calls into the company. This is a company that over promises and then under delivers.

Ethan and Stephanie have been absolutely amazing to work with.
