Unbelievably Rude! Let me start by saying that I'm usually not the type to go online and write negative reviews. We used this limo service for my cousin's wedding last weekend. We originally agreed to pay an additional $75 for the driver to pick up the groom and groomsmen 30 minutes ahead of time (6:00 instead of 6:30). The groom and groomsmen weren't picked up until 6:15, which wasn't that big of a deal.
