I had heard good word of mouth about this place, so I came here for several IPL and vein treatments. Located a bit out of the way, but there's free parking in the back, and the facility itself is quite nice (great view!). But I found the treatments themselves to be rather rushed and short compared to other places. Their own website says the Limelight IPL takes "45-75 min", yet my treatments were 25 minutes, tops. I got a HydraFacial done—overall, a good experience with friendly staff and professional service. However, a couple of areas on my face (nose and upper lip) were missed during the treatment, which was disappointing. Interestingly, my friend had a better experience on the same day with more thorough coverage. I do hope to return, and I hope that the team will ensure a more consistent and complete treatment next time.
I have had many amazing experiences here, really everyone who works here is very lovely, caring, and profession. I especially appreciated the professionalism and genuine care of technician Banafsheh who went above and beyond and took amazing care of me during my laser appointment.
