Borderline scammers. Every time I submit a warranty claim, they tell me it's not covered, so I have to screenshot their own warranty document and send it back to them as proof. Then they will cover it. That's insane. The homes are OK at best, but the company itself leaves a lot to be desired. By the way, when you submit a warranty claim (and I've submitted like 10 so I know), some guy will text you back from his iPhone. Usually you get something like, "that not cover sry - Sent from iOS." If I could give a 0 I would! I bought a house a month ago, please choose another company for your purchase! Buying a new home should be exciting! This experience has been horrible so many issues on a brand new home! It’s like you have to beg Celebrity homes warranty to fix the issues! They sure collect the money and don’t care about fixing the issues! They are made very sloppy too! 0 stars ⭐️ I don’t see the reason for the initial walkthrough, they don’t even fix things as been pointed that day!
