I had a wonderful experience with my first home — I loved it and have had no issues to date. That’s why I decided to purchase my second home in the Elkhorn area in 2025. Do not purchase a home with them. I would not recommend Celebrity Homes to anyone. They use the cheapest material and once you sign your documents, they pretty much disappear. While under warranty, contractors have come to repair things & have stated Celebrity cut corners and use the cheapest materials they can. They lied about our neighborhood being annex into the city within a year and now we have to deal with a HOA. We have been here almost 3 years and still haven't been recognized as part of the city. Best value around! Beautiful, good quality homes. They use the same materials (upgraded countertops/cabinets) as the big custom builders without the high cost.
We've custom built 2 custom homes. Common theme suck a$$ warranty support. Just built a Celebrity, good sales experience. Outstanding warranty support. Earlier comment on closing dates, that comes with the territory. Many variables impact construction finish date. Until that date is certain any builder will hesitate to setting a closing date. In many respects our Celebrity home is better built than our past custom homes. We'd buy Celebrity again in a heart beat.
