We have lived in our home for 2 months. So far, no major problems. The new dishwasher quit working after 4 uses. LG has yet to fix it. Has been 2 months. Don Igo, our representative, has been very very helpful to us. He even took our phone calls on his day off. Thank you Don!
Sales process was good. Easy. Sales rep was awesome. Issues are with build quality and customer service after the sale. Walk through is designed to speed you through and miss issues. Have a major drainage issue in the yard, no support. Plumbing leak on the main line, no support, discovered the bathroom sink faucets are too close to the backsplash to function properly, no support. What a nightmare this company is. I heard celebrity homes were bad but I thought they had improved somewhat. Our window on the second level leaked gallons and gallons of water through the drywall to where it was coming through the downstairs drywall. This last rainfall it rained for like 2 days and it leaked the entire time. We already had them out to look at it the first spring season that it happened and now our warranty is up and guess what, they don't care! I have owned my Celebrity home for 9 years now and it has been a great buy. No issues with the construction. It is a moderately priced home and you get to customize it to your liking.
I had a wonderful experience with my first home — I loved it and have had no issues to date. That’s why I decided to purchase my second home in the Elkhorn area in 2025. While there were a few minor issues, the warranty claim process was quick, and everything was resolved except for the land grading and leveling.
