Becareful of smooth loan agents at this company. I co- sign for my mother, the loan agent said everything looks good , I've even kept track on their app got up to the part that said your loan has been approved your agent is doing the final paper work so they can fund the loan, then 1month later my mother got a Denial letter. Wouldn't you Deny a loan before you even approve a loan, it's unbelievable that even in Hawaii we got people that can sweet talk you only to disappoint you. Very disappointed in celebrity home loans
My husband and I just completed a refi a few months back. It was a long tedious process that started with a different lender and just not getting results. We worked with Craig Steele and he was very diligent and proactive on our loan. He went up to bat for us with DHHL, which was the biggest obstacle in our process. I highly recommend Craig to anyone and especially if you're dealing with DHHL. He gets it done!
