I broke down on 8-1-26 towed to this dealer where I bought my car.this was sat.by Monday girl Jamie calls tells me 6 thousand to fix my car ecg had to be replaced back brakes and flush radiator,tell them don’t have this money ,no problem warrenty will help ,so the do ecg.go get car .still fell problem call girl back no responce call dealer no responce,meanwhile get another opinion which cost money to do but brakes are fine,finally manager from dealer calls me has me come in takes the car for test drive he finds diffrent thin... read more

Took my 2013 ford edge in for water pump replacement,was told it would be done in 3 days by nick A.it has now been a week,they timed the timing chain wrong,which can cause severe engine damage,but their service manager,told me that it would be ready Monday now.Did they bend the valves by timing it wrong,possibly!Dont ever bring your car here.I was willing to pay for ford professionals knowing it was a big job.They are NOT professionals!!!!!

Horrible! Contacted to see if car was available and was told yes and made appointment to see it. Got there after driving 1.5 hours to see the car being sold to someone else. Salesman said so you just saw the guy drive away with the car you wanted to see. I can check my inventory and see if we have anything available. Walked out and said no thanks.
