Service department gets a 5 but the dealership it’s self is not honest or trustworthy
Overall it was a good experience.
Service was very good, service advisor was professional and cost was reasonable.
I thought customer service was out the window until I met Nick Amico and staff. Due to the nature of my repair, Nick made me feel at ease and kept me posted through out the entire process. Nick provided professional and exceptional customer service and is an asset to the Ford company. Great staff!
