I called this company 1week in advanced to make an appointment to have my carpet cleaned. The guy told me to call back 2 days in advanced to make a reservation and I said “okay”. So the next week I call back confirm the date and time. Now he texts me 1hr prior to my appointment saying he cannot make it because he another job to do...very unprofessional!! And makes me wonder if this is a 1 man job smh Don’t tell me you’re going to do something if you can’t do it. I will NOT be contacting this company again.
Great job. Excellent service. Will continue to use Celebrity Carpet Care for all my carpet cleaning. Thank you.
