Celebrity does an amazing job every year (well every 9 months) on my carpets and just last year we had a flood in our living room and kitchen. They came out right away and started drying everything out. Mark me down as another customer satisfied! I always refer them to my friends and family when they ask me who i use
Did a great job on our carpets. We have cats and they got out the urine stains from the cats. Would highly recommend this company.
Hyperclean went out of business, so we needed another cleaner. Hard to believe, but these guys did just as good a job cleaning the carpet, restreatched the carpet in four places, and cleaned an protected two recliners. They showed up when promised, and finished 30 minutes before promised (three hours instead of 3 1/2). Scott says they will belong to the BBB, which will make them unusual for carpet cleaners around here. It's someone safe to do business with.
With a backed up AC line leaking in my carpets, there was no time to waste. The guys came IMMEDIATELY and even intervened with the AC Company to put me ahead in line. The service and follow up was excellent!! The quality of work is way above expectations, put true, old fashioned customer service on top of that and you have a business that is worth all your carpet cleaning, new carpet, tile and furniture cleaning.
