I just wanted to say a giant thank you! My son's 1st bday cake was awesome and everyone loved it, and I probably gave out the location of your store 10 times. It came out better than I imagined & I was so happy with it. And most importantly, it went over huge with my son! I thought you might want to see a pic of him enjoying it. Horrible costumer service and very deceiving!! Would not trust them with any of my special occasions! My best friend requested a quote for a cake (sent them a picture and gave them all the info they needed so they knew exactly what they needed to make) through email for her gender reveal party, they gave her a price and scheduled to come in for a tasting. She lives more than 30 mins away from this place, she took time on a Satuday to go and when she got there they told her they were not going to honor the price they gave her... read more
