Amazing staff all around. I have nothing but so many great things to say about this day care and I really hope to return again one day.
Sadly, only a few short months later I need to update my review. There were several instances where I observed poor communication between the staff and children, as well as the staff and the parents. Important updates about my child's day were often missing, and it was difficult to get clear answers when I had concerns. The Celebree in Fallston is really wonderful. Communication from the teachers is always right on time! And they make it a fun learning environment too!
1 Star is also me being nice as well. However my family thought this would be a nice daycare for our kid due to the values and the tour but it’s the total opposite. Due to other Celebree’s getting closed down I would not be surprised if this one would too. The staff is always getting changed and some are very mean to the children. Walked in one day picking up my child to a staff member on their phone and not paying attention to the children in the classroom ( after hearing that Celebree has a strict no phone policy) It took ... read more
