2 Horrible Experiences at Celebrations of the Heart I have unfortunately gone to Celebrations of the Heart twice in the last year for bridesmaid dresses and both times were awful. The first time I went in, they measured me but then ordered a way smaller size then what I was and they wouldn't fix it by ordering another one or alter it so we had to find someone else to alter it. For a small town, this salon is great I visited Celebrations of the Heart on three occasions. Once, when I was looking for bridesmaids dresses for my own wedding. Once when I helped a roommate shop for her wedding gown. Once when I helped a friend pick out formal shoes. As you can see Cof the H has a wide range of wedding apparal. However, the selection is not very great. They have high quality merchandise and great customer service, but the do not have a lot of gowns in house for brides to try on. Great Customer Service Marissa is the "heart" at Celebrations of the Heart! She gets to know you and listens to your wants and needs . . . then she finds that special outfit/dress/accessory that was just what you had in mind. Her store is friendly and professional and a FUN place to shop! She also takes the time to keep precise records for each Event to help eliminate duplicates of the same outfit.
