I was recently out of town and needed to place a local order for delivery. Sherry's was able to deliver same-day and were super accommodating. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind. They recently sent me a follow-up note thanking me for my business. It was personalized (not auto-generated) and encouraged me to order from them again. I will definitely be ordering from Sherry's again -- just realized they offer so much more than balloons and cookies! Can't wait to send another delivery :)
I love, Love, LOVE this place! I wish I'd found it before this year. We've been down in Florida and have several folks back home who we wanted to send gifts to for birthdays, holidays, one get well and a thank you. I was looking online and was surprised to find a place right in Albany who hand delivered. Service is great and personalized. Sherry and Kim are wonderful. They work with you for the perfect gift. I hesitate to give one star. I ordered a pound of truffles to be delivered to my husband at work on Valentines Day. They delivered something as he was leaving at the end of the day past the time I told them he goes home, they were late and made him late for an appointment. The candy was old, totally stale and discolored. It was on a dollar store plastic plate. If I could get my picture to post you would not believe it. Do not order. The positive reviews must be from friends. I don't know how she is in business.
A One of A Kind Gift company has consistently gone beyond and far above my expectations, including delivering my gift to an old dear friend in the New York Capital Building in Albany during a severe snowstorm. Fresh baked goods and custom made packages..you folks have my loyalty!

If you need to send someone a gift basket for any occasion, this is the place to use. Customer service is superb, I told them the reason I needed a basket, and put my trust in them, and it was amazing. They gave told me some great ideas over the phone on their plans for the basket and the cookies included were amazing. Thank You for your great service and beautiful basket!
I have a great experience at A One Of A Kind Gift every Holiday or occasion that I need a gift. The gift basket items are great and it saves me a ton of time shopping! And every time, I call or stop in, everyone is super friendly!
