I am not sure where to begin. Our initial meet and greet seemed ok but nothing went as we had imagined. If you want to pay alot of money for mediocre quality and customer service then this is your place. Their contract stipulates that $1000 of the money goes towards decor and other than a simple balloon arc they don’t do anything else.
