Great bakery, best treats I've found for my sweet tooth in Spokane Valley, and the Happy Hour is definitely the time to be there :) Inventory fluctuates and can make it difficult to find your favorites on a whim, and I did have a cookie there that was definitely not fresh. The thick brownies with frosting are AMAZING. Good flavors, kind staff...definitely a regular stop.
It's 4:45 pm on a Saturday. The doors were locked and 2 girls just stared at me when I tried to come in. The door says they are open until 6pm. I tried to call and the phone was ignored. Why even have an hours of operation if it's not adhered to? Who closes at 445 on a saturday? It's sad cause my first experience in here was wonderful but the last 3 times I have tried to come in I was met with poor service or no service cause they don't actually stay open for the hour posted on their entrance.
