I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. My wife was subjected to unprofessional treatment by staff member Sha Goodson, management accused my wife of causing a scene when she was actually the victim of bullying. The leadership, including CEO Jennifer, demonstrated a concerning lack of competence in understanding Title procedures. Celebration Title is the best Title company I have had the pleasure to work with. They are professional and made sure my transaction closed in 22 days. Not only do they have the business side covered, the whole closing was a vibe! I brought in champagne and we did a champagne toast, Tajah recorded videos and took pictures (cause i'm usually caught up in the moment). The gold confetti is just the cherry on top to end an amazing closing. Mandy, Em, & Tajah are amazing!!
This is an outstanding group of people to work with. From the time you start the process to the time it's over there is constant contact and every question is answered very fast. Looking forward to working with them again soon.
