Being a realtor i have used tons of title companies. It normal for the buyer to chose the title company and i am happy they choose celebrations. Hannah our closer she didn’t just go the extra step she went the extra 10miles. We had a horrible time getting documents from the lender or even getting him to communicate. However, whenever he did, Hannah did everything fast and smoothly. Gave us the clear to close, and I was able to close us all out pretty much immediately. I highly suggest her.

The easiest and most fun experience we’ve had with a title company! We felt spoiled and celebrated from the moment we walked in until we were walking out the door. Would recommend to anyone buying/selling a home!
