Starting with the front desk staff, they are very rude . And then my first visit was traumatic experience with dr Crespo-Nieves at Davenport location. I scheduled my appointment for a gynecological consultation, orientation and preventive exams. But, the provider sat in front of me and taught me the difference between a psychologist and psychiatrist, and I didn’t ask about. And, that was 10 minutes consultation. The front desk people are very rude esp when you show up to your scheduled time and demand payment. They don’t ask for co pays they want payment in full no matter the cost even with insurance. After being treated like dog crap I finally found a professional women’s clinic in winter haven and I will never use this establishment ever. I will never reccomend this place. So far every medical facility in Davenport is a fail. I have better luck in Winter Haven for all my medical needs as well as my dental.
IRRESPONSIBLE. They’re the most irresponsible medical office. They gave an appointment for today 6/13 10:30 am. I was witting since march for this appointment. I drove 45 minutes to be here and they has the office close for holidays supposed. I don’t know what holiday, but they so irresponsible since they didn’t communicate the office will be close before the appointment date. They sent me text messages reminding my appointment yesterday. How i can talk with someone never answer the phone
This is the worst place ever.!!The refused to help me ,and when i went somewhere i filled out all the paper to have my medical records transferred they wouldnt even do that. They canceled my appointments without rescheduling.
