I did not have a good experience. I came to follow up after going to the hospital for pain on my right side and other symptoms. Only a CT was done at the hospital. I had my first appointment with this office on June 11th, and I was going to get checked for my PCOS and most likely getting on birth control. My physician was Valentina Acosta-Moreno. Everything was going well at first then I was told to take a urine pregnancy test. The first red flag, when I went to pee in the bottle there was a whole basket filled with other people’s cup of urine, and the marker used to write my name and DOB was the thickest marker, I couldn’t even tell what I was writing. I have been going to this location for almost 2 years. Never had a problem until the other day for my appointment. Now this is just for the front desk area not any of the nurse or doctors. Just want to warn you if you dont have your co pay at the time of service you will not be seen they wont even try to show compassion or empathy if your unable pay. This place has changed so much and for THE WORST. I had a baby last year and they were great during 2024-2025 for all of my OB appointments. Now they got bought out by a COMPANY (as told by the office manager) and everything has changed. They want you to go through a process to be able to get your blood work done, I’m 11 weeks I could get my bloodwork done at 10 weeks, just give me a script. I had an appointment with Dr Okomski and it was great. I’ve never felt so comfortable during my annual exam. The patient care was great and is worth the 45 minute drive I have to take to get here
