I’m giving two stars only because of the three staff members who were truly amazing the two front desk ladies and a nurse, I believe her name was Julissa. They were kind and attentive. I initially came in for an NP visit, which was fine, but then had to return due to a health issue. The doctor told me it would require surgery and said someone would contact me with a date. The front desk and ultrasound tech were amazing however when sitting down with the doctor I had the most dismissive feeling from her! I told her my concerns and no bloodwork no nothing to be taken or planned to be taken. She also mentioned they will send my urine sample for some other concerns and even with the urgency I shared I am now suffering the consequences of her not taking it seriously. This is the most incompetent medical group I have dealt with. I changed my gynecologist office so I could continue to be seen by Natalie Bowles. This was the biggest mistake. This office does not care about their patience at all. It took 4 weeks for my Nexplanon implant to be delivered because they gave the wrong insurance information and date of birth to both Nexplanon and CVS.
