I will not be returning to this office. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews before you decide to set up an appointment here because they are right about billing process being a mess. They had me come in to do a simple redo of a pap smear, which they confirmed beforehand that would be at no charge, but billed it out to insurance and sent me a statement for $60 afterwards. They were all very professional and polite. They treated us very well. The doctors were excellent. The receptionists were cheerful and helpful. I want to highlight Julissa, who was wonderful, and the doctor Yamines Alifonso Amador, she is sensational ! Thank you very much!

With great chagrin, I have to edit my previous 5 star review. I have gone to this office 23 of Dr. Marcantel's 25 years in business. He and his staff used to be great. Now, I can only suppose greed has replaced serving the patients. Their rates have QUADRUPLED in the last few years, a direct inverse relationship to the quality of service provided. I am willing to pay for good service. In fact, that's what I loved about this office. Have a problem? Let's walk over and take a look with the ultrasound. I, sadly, can only echo t... read more

Lowered to one start after speaking with management. The resolution was we’re sorry we’re disappointing, but we’re not going to change. So we left the practice, and I suggest most do the same. As stated below, the attitude is we got your payment and gave you something that resembles medical care, so we’re gonna have to keep this money, even though we did a very poor job.
