Our experience with Celebration Homes has been wonderful. The entire team (George, Jackie, Joel, and Jessica) were easy to work with during our building process and did their best to ensure my wife and I were happy with our design ideas. There are always bumps in the road with a new construction home, but the team were always willing to go above and beyond to take care of us and our home. We would definitely recommend having them build your home. Thank you for your hard work and helping turn our new build house into a home.
Celebration Homes is really on top of their game! Very responsive and they work with you to build the home you want. Super helpful and friendly staff from Patrick showing me the different floorplans/options to Lena helping me pick out some beautiful selections in the design center. My experience working with Joel at Celebration Homes is excellent and hopefully, I will continue to work with him. His knowledge of the building process is extensive, and his dedication to client satisfaction is clear. He was proactive and responsive in correcting any issues that arose, ensuring the final product was of the highest standard. Joel is a credit to Celebration Homes.
This review is less about the quality of the home but more about the developer for the neighborhood. We have lived in Adenwoods subdivision in Fairview TN for a little over a year now. The neighborhood is under an HOA which we knew when we purchased the home. Our monthly HOA dues were set at $60 a month. Currently the developer is in total control of our HOA and we do not have any neighborhood representation within the HOA board.
