This review is less about the quality of the home but more about the integrity of the builder. We have lived in Adenwoods subdivision in Fairview TN for a little over a year now. The neighborhood is under an HOA which we knew when we purchased the home. Our monthly HOA dues were set at $60 a month. Currently the builder is in total control of our HOA and we do not have any neighborhood representation on the HOA board. Building a home with Celebration Homes has been a great experience from the very beginning. Randall Smith and his entire team have been a joy to work with. Jeff Terrell, the Sales Manager, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs and expectations throughout the entire process. Joel from Celebration Homes is awesome! I didn’t buy or build a house with them, but unfortunately my builder put some of my garden over the property line. My builder refused to help me and Joel stepped in and helped me out by finding a landscaper and making sure I was taken care of. When I build my next house, I’ll be using Celebration Homes!
High Quality homes with modern interior design. But their emphasis in keeping a high quality standard and make sure we were comfortable and happy was the diferencial. Joel Lasko always use the wording “are you happy?” Instead of: “do you agree with this that”. That is what placing your customer first looks like!
We have been in our Celebration home for over 3 years and we love it.
