Just a routine cleaning yesterday and today all my teeth and gums are aching. The intensity of the cleaning was more for speed than my comfort.
I have been using Celebration Dental for years & I have gotten 5 star service since I came on board with their practice & Valentina the hygienist she’s the best 5 stars as she is so kind & so dedicated to the dental cleanings she provides.😎
I have been a loyal patient at Celebration Dental for over 20 years. The clinical care, hygienist and doctors here are great. However, the front end office and scheduling have gotten worse and worse they never Pick up the phone and they don’t return voicemails. It is incredible. It is incredible. Frustrating to feel ignored by an office that you have trusted for two decades. Doctors and hygienists are great but administrative site needs serious Improvement.
I want to start by saying this review is not a reflection of the young man working the front desk, he was polite, professional, and handled a busy lobby with patience. My complaint is entirely about Celebration Dental Group's process. I would have been a new patient seeking my first cleaning since moving to Florida.
