Dropped in and Karen and staff were great! Very welcoming. I had an injury I had been dealing with and they were asking how I was the whole time and helping me scale.
My husband and I are from Las Vegas and did a drop in class. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 15 years and appreciated the challenge I got from the programming here and the emphasis on proper form, which is so important for getting the most out of the workout and preventing injury. This gym was phenomenal! We will definitely be dropping in the next time we visit Orlando.
