Giovanna guided me through a modified program when I strained my back and had me walking out fixed and feeling much better! I feel very lucky to have excellent instructors like G here at Celebration Crossfit who are well educated in this field, knowledgeable and continue to check on my progress and well being to make sure I leave better than how I arrived!
Highly recommend Celebration CrossFit and Coach Dana’s classes! We spent a week on vacation in the area and did the week pass. I’ve been doing CrossFit for years and my fiancée for 6 months or so — both of us loved it! Coach Dana got us acclimated right away, the members were friendly, and the heat + workouts kicked our butts in the best way possible! Classes were a great combo of metcons + lifting throughout the week. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Be sure to drop-in when you’re in town!
