Great gym. Coach did a great job leading the class and organizing the workout. Good workout. Better vibes.
My wife & I dropped in while on vacation. We were both coaches at our gym back home. And I served as our manager for a while at home. This gym has amazing coaches. They gave me technique advice every class and followed up to make sure I was able to fix the technique. Very few gyms do that. Fantastic gym. And community seemed very close knit, friendly, and supportive. Whether you are just looking to drop-in. Or live in the area and want a great place to improve your fitness, this is the right gym for you.
Had a great workout. Dana did a great job keeping us moving and motivated during the workout. She explained the movements very well and how the workout should flow.
It’s been great getting to know the community and watching everyone's progress. The programming is fun, engaging, challenging, and accessible to all levels.
