Had my first class and I loved it. The work out was challenging, which is exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for something that will give you a workout, this will certainly met your goals for fitness.
Throughout the session at Celebration CrossFit, gym in Celebration, Dana stayed close by, offering encouragement and correcting my technique gently when needed. Her motivation kept me going even when the exercises got tough, and she celebrated the small wins with genuine enthusiasm. As a first timer, having a coach like Dana who was both supportive and attentive made all the difference in turning what could have been intimidating into a great experience.
Dropped in for a class while I was in town for work. Super friendly and inviting coach. Class was welcoming and the WOD was perfect to start the day. Would recommend this box if you’re in town and need a place to move.
